We use yoga based exercises and breath work to deepen the parent and child bond. The class is tailored using yogic principles so you and your child can enjoy special one on one time; play, learn, move, fly, laugh and relax together.

The class takes place above a shop and so is only accessible by stairs. Therefore it is not wheelchair or pushchair friendly. There are toilets available.
