We are Fun Pots, the Pottery Painting Studio. You’ll find us conveniently located on Sussex Road in Haywards Heath.
Join us for family fun, to capture baby footprints, to make a special gift, or to take time out for yourself. You choose any pieces of pottery from our extensive range. Our friendly, helpful team explain the paints and will offer plenty of ideas and techniques to allow even complete beginners to achieve wonderful results. We are experts in capturing baby footprints to make precious gifts and keepsakes. We then glaze and fire your “fun pots” ready for you to collect a few days later.

Pottery Painting is a fun and relaxing activity for boys and girls of all ages, and for grown ups of all ages too.

Book & Pay

We charge a £5 Studio Fee per painter, per visit, you can stay as long as you like. Our wide range of pottery is priced individually. As a guide, small shapes start at £4, ornaments at £7 and our most popular plate is £12. We have mugs and bowls at £12, novelty money banks at £18 and Vases at £30. We have lots of pieces to choose from at around £12.

We are a drop-in Studio for general painting. We only ask for bookings for specific events such as birthday parties, our popular Toddler Story Times and late night Wednesdays and Fridays.

We have a portable ramp available for wheelchair users. Once inside the Studio we are all on one level with no other steps.
At Fun Pots we are keen to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment to all. If you have any special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Getting There

Pay and display parking is available close by.

Haywards Heath train station is around a 20 minute walk, this route is served by buses. The venue is also on local bus routes.

Children’s Parties

Fun Pots parties are a great way to celebrate your child’s special day. The children have fun painting with their friends whilst you relax and a member of the Fun Pots’ team supervises the children.

What it Costs

We offer two all inclusive rates for 6 or more painters. These include a piece of pottery chosen from our special party range, the Fun Pots Party Plate and a drink for each child.

One Hour Party – £13 per painter

One and Half Hour Party – £16 per painter

The Fun Pots Party Plate is our gift to the birthday child which is signed by all the children and makes a lovely memento of the occasion.

The children’s party ‘funpots‘ are ready to collect a week later and are individually wrapped.

Fun Pots party bags are £5 each and hosts are welcome to bring along a birthday cake for a Happy Birthday sing along.

To make a booking, we recommend you pop in to the Studio with your child so they can choose their pottery and collect invitations. We require a £3 deposit per child, the balance is payable on the party day.

Dogs

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Fun Pots at all but our busiest times.

We are also experts at adding doggie paw prints to your pottery!
