Cai Baby Massage offers 5 week course in Haywards Heath & Eastbourne. All classes are baby-led and include some relaxation, discussion & massage. I teach the International Association of Infant Massage programme of strokes & routines with a focus on the parent-baby bond. Classes are relaxed, gentle and friendly. I offer small group and 1-1 courses. Cai Baby is an eco-conscious business.

Book & Pay

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of payment (in advance of the course start date). Payment is made via BACS.
*For a place on a group course the booking fee is £45.
*For a place on a hosted group course, held at a venue provided by you with your firends the booking fee is £35, with a minimum of 3 pairs per course.
* For a 1-1 course the booking fee is £90.

Accessibility

Different venues have different facilities, but I do book venues that are accessible.
All babies and parents are welcome at Cai Baby Massage classes. Baby massage can be great for babies with additonal needs. Classes are baby-led, so we will always follow their cues.

Good to Know

Cai Baby Massage classes are floor based. I provide a floor mat, cushion and recieving cloth for you and baby, plus organic massage oil and refreshments.
You will need to bring with you anything you would usually take out with you to care for your baby, such as nappies, wipes or bottles.
